When I arrived for the interview, the interviewer was one hour late. The company is located in a sheet-metal building. The space is quite small, and there are very few employees: only the owner, the owner's son, the director (who was also the interviewer), and one administrative accountant. The owner said they would hire sales staff in the future.
The position was administrative accountant, but the actual duties were all sales assistant work. During the interview, they said the company provided labor and health insurance and labor pension contributions.
Only after starting work did I find out that the company had not established an employer unit for labor and health insurance enrollment, and had not even applied for a business certificate. The owner simply shirked responsibility and told the new accountant to handle the labor and health insurance issues alone. The owner is 70 years old and preparing to retire. The director is also quite old. The company was established not long ago, has little business, and also has a high employee turnover rate.
