Pros
There are some little perks (afternoon tea, group meals)
The AS department is great
More than 10 days of annual leave
Cons
No three-festival bonuses
Salary raises are uncommon
The IT department is worked to the bone because the two managers above keep taking on projects like crazy and treat the R&D staff like slaves~~
Those thinking of joining as IT staff: juniors should probably avoid it; seniors can consider giving it a try.
