The interview process is very thorough, with many questions genuinely probing your thoughts about the work and how well you personally fit the job responsibilities. Throughout the interview, the interviewers were friendly and occasionally serious, but this was all to truly identify employees who would get along well with the company. You could ask the interviewers questions directly, and they would do their best to answer in detail. As part of the job discussion, applicants are also informed in advance about possible overtime, including the general situation during peak seasons, so interviewees can be mentally prepared. The company also follows the requirements of the Labor Standards Act, so there is no need to worry too much about related employment rights. This is already rare among companies of the same type. (For teams running camps and similar programs, overtime is usually the norm, but they generally make grand promises or gloss over the details. Breaks are often just talked about, and overtime pay is merely something you can see but never receive.)
Throughout the interview, the CEO also shared work-related insights with you, which was genuinely inspiring. You can learn a lot about the workplace and gain valuable knowledge. Even if you do not ultimately become a member of the team, the entire interview will still be a great learning opportunity. I recommend that anyone interested, and still considering their options, submit a résumé and give it a try.
I can't really think of anything—maybe the reception area was a little small (if that even counts, haha). But both the venue and the interview location were very bright.
