6. Getting a permanent position would be a very cushy job. You are unlikely to be laid off; at most, you would be transferred to another department. It is suitable for taking it easy, and the benefits are also pretty good. Unfortunately, the salary is low.

3. I advise anyone applying for a contract position in Group 1 of the Information Center to be careful. The supervisor there has promised too many departments that various projects will be completed, resulting in constant overtime. You will be called in to work overtime on all the holidays that permanent employees can take off, and there is no overtime pay because the work is treated as being under a responsibility-based system. Since overtime requires an application but the supervisor never gives you one, it effectively means there is no overtime pay.

4. The supervisor's personality will make you want to leave very quickly. Even reporting the matter to higher-ups is useless. The supervisor will keep making empty promises and finding various ways to pressure you into working overtime.

5. Contract employees and permanent employees have different insurance programs: one has labor insurance, while the other has civil servant insurance. The advantage is that contract employees can negotiate their salary, but supervisors often tell you that the benefits are different and use that as a reason to call you in to work overtime.
