The colleagues get along very well (because everyone is extremely tense).
There’s not much to look forward to: no overtime pay, no compensatory leave, and the only employee benefit is being able to buy phone cases at the employee price. Oh, and if they discover that you’re not using the company’s own phone case, they’ll keep pressing you about why you haven’t switched to the company’s phone case.
This company is very good at making grand promises. Last year alone, at least around 50 people came and went. It’s very convenient to use as a stepping stone, and by the way, all the negative reviews on Interview.tw are true!
Here’s a secret: this company also tells people to pad its interview scores, LOL.
There are plenty of other absurd things too, so choose your company carefully!
