If you are applying to the Chung Yuan Incubation Center:

1. A team of fewer than five people holds meetings lasting more than four hours, like a struggle session.

2. Meetings often have no “conclusion,” only a lot of “discussion.” There are often “ideas” but no “ways to implement them.”

3. The 2021 year-end bonus was 0.5 months’ salary, which was very demoralizing.

4. The supervisor keeps expanding the scope, wanting to take on everything but accomplishing nothing well. The Hall sensor that has been under development for four years has still sold fewer than 500 units. The Taipei headquarters, Zhilin, is also almost unable to take it anymore because this Chung Yuan innovation business unit is losing a lot of money. Taipei is already considering cutting its losses to survive. In July 2021, if there were no customers or orders, it might be shut down.
