An established traditional-industry company. The work is straightforward and stable, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 and generally no need for overtime.
Suitable for people returning to the workforce and those with young children. If a child suddenly has something that needs attention, taking leave at short notice is very flexible.
Over the past two years, the company’s industry has benefited from the pandemic, and there has occasionally been overtime. Orders are noticeably higher than in previous years.
However, the year-end bonus is still less than one month’s salary. This year, the company even canceled the year-end banquet without offering any subsidy, and there is no regular bonus system.
Young people looking to strive and advance are advised not to consider this company.
