Workplace reviews and discussion: 誠品股份有限公司

There are still some great managers and colleagues (but almost all of them are about to leave).

Be careful with companies that look increasingly appealing on the outside and are beautifully packaged. Eslite loves to rely on its positive image, assuming that there will always be passionate people drawn to it one after another. All that talk about spreading love and positive energy is a lie—they simply keep exploiting their frontline employees. The pay and year-end bonuses are extremely low. If you are passionate or want to hone your skills, I still advise you not to come.
