In short, this position at the company involves a great many varied duties (she spent about an hour explaining this part). However, the salary is calculated as follows:

Full salary includes: 1,000 perfect-attendance bonus + 3,000 KPI bonus (but most people receive 80–90% of the KPI, equivalent to around 2,400–2,700).

The year-end bonus is based on performance and ranges from only 0.X to one month’s salary.

There are also medical-aesthetics benefits: employees receive 40–50% off, depending on the treatment, and can receive one free treatment per month from selected items.

Occasionally, there are surprise benefits (for example, serving as a teaching model for a doctor, allowing you to receive the full treatment).

1. The interview process is lengthy: half an hour to fill out the forms and more than an hour for the interview. You need to set aside at least two hours for this company.

2. Overall, this seems more suitable for newcomers looking to gain experience. You need to produce designs quickly, be detail-oriented, tolerate tedious work, handle many miscellaneous tasks, communicate up and down across multiple departments, and know how to compare vendors’ prices and negotiate them down... That said, I personally don’t think the salary and benefits are very good, unless you are especially interested in the medical-aesthetics industry and may find the employee benefits appealing.
