Pros
Afternoon tea is often provided, the office is very new, and the view outside is beautiful. My colleagues are easy to get along with, and most departments can leave work on time. Ordering lunch from the company is very inexpensive (NT$40 is deducted from your salary per meal).
Cons
The company’s internal regulations are not very clear, and its processes are not sufficiently完善, but making changes is difficult.
