The company has serious internal problems and is completely unable to communicate with lower-level staff. It always lives in its own world. When asking HR about company matters, they never know anything and always have to consult the business supervisor?? Also, the senior counter manager always thinks the company is right, disregards the sales associates’ feelings, and when you are about to leave, makes up problems to give you a hard time, then talks as if they are so good at handling things, while everything is done in a completely disorganized manner. It’s really awful.
