Pros
1. HR first called to confirm some basic information for about 10–15 minutes, and only after reporting back to the supervisor did they notify me whether there would be an interview.
2. There was no interview because they could not afford a salary above their expected amount, but at least this saved me a wasted trip.
Cons
1. The salary is non-negotiable; basically, it is exactly as stated on the page.
