I’ve been to the Shanghai plant several times. The current workplace environment is terrible. Engineers providing on-site support have to coordinate with clients until after midnight from Monday through Saturday, and engineers stationed at the plant have it even worse. The business trip allowance is only 80 RMB per day—an absurdly low amount!!! The vice president of R&D Division 1 takes advantage of people shamelessly, squeezing entry-level staff whenever possible. Fuck!!!
