1. The entire company has regular group dinners, but apparently only the R&D department does. (The chairman pays, but he really enjoys having a few drinks and listening to music, so... at these dinners, you need to know how to return the toast and offer a song XD)
2. Mooncakes are provided for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
3. You can borrow a company vehicle for business trips.
4. Supervisors may be provided with company smartphones.
1. A very closed-minded family business (most of the supervisors are relatives of the owners).
The owner holds the title of general manager, but he is actually the chairman; everyone at the company simply calls him the general manager.
The eldest daughter is the vice president of sales. She studied abroad and is highly educated, but... even her father (the company owner) is no match for her personality. Everyone in the company is quite intimidated by her! (But I have to say... she really is quite attractive! She somewhat resembles Vivian Chow.)
2. The factory buildings are excessively old. In particular, Plant 1 in Zhu is located in a remote mountainous area, where only one PhD currently remains, secluded there to hone his skills. (The facilities consist of Plant 1 and Plant 2 in Zhu.)
3. Benefits are poor, and there is considerable room for improvement in the company’s systems and policies.
