Pros
Lunch is provided by the company
Sometimes they let you take extra products home to eat
Cons
Although work ends at 5 p.m., overtime pay only kicks in after 6 p.m.
The elderly female owner is clearly a stubborn old person who cannot accept people not following her SOP
The working environment is not ideal
Overtime on Saturdays and Sundays is automatically assumed to be compensated with time off in lieu
