Stable salary

A highly unfair and unjust place, where supervisors fail to distinguish right from wrong, and work is distributed extremely unevenly. As long as a supervisor likes you, it does not matter if you do things carelessly; but if they dislike you, even if you work diligently, they will criticize you relentlessly. You also often have to endure applicants’ unreasonable behavior, making communication difficult. Supervisors also dump their work on employees while spending their own working hours handling personal matters.
