No advantages.....

They made the job sound very good during the interview, but everything was different once I started working. Saturdays were workdays every other week, yet no overtime pay was provided. If you didn’t go to work, they deducted your perfect-attendance bonus. They even failed to legally provide half pay for sick leave. The fact that they were caught by the Labor Bureau was merely a matter of chance. You really should think twice before joining a small company.
