Pros
The vice president is very capable and someone you can learn from.
Cons
The internal infighting is still acceptable; remember to flatter the higher-ups.
There are a lot of busybodies and gossips, so be careful.
Most importantly, you absolutely must not discuss salaries—not even casually. There are many informants inside regarding this matter.
BTW
The salary is calculated based on the base salary, with quite a few allowances added on top to reach the industry standard. Those who do not mind paying less in labor insurance premiums may consider it.
