Employees get along well, and the workload is not heavy.
The boss and successor have limited knowledge and vision. The boss’s opinions carry more weight than professional expertise, and decisions are not objective, causing the company’s growth to stagnate or even regress. Although it is clearly a small company, it likes to manage employees as if it were a large corporation, acting as though it knows best. Capable people are not given opportunities, while obedient but incompetent people are guaranteed to be favorites of the boss.
There are also hardly any employee benefits. The promised quarterly performance bonuses are visible but unattainable, and sales commissions may even be reduced.
