A company with fewer than 20 people
Gives you practice in managing interpersonal relationships
A small company still full of people who secure positions through connections
There are barely any employees in the entire company; everyone else is a supervisor
Even assistants do supervisors’ work and manage employees
Work assignments are riddled with problems
Every day you see veteran employees pulling rank, slacking off, and creating all kinds of incidents
Working overtime all the time, with no overtime pay
Leave requests are not approved, including taking three or more consecutive days off (including weekends)
You have to submit the request up the chain all the way to the chairman
There is also no training for new hires
When you join, you have to read the materials and figure things out on your own
