Pros
1. The interviewer and HR were both quite kind and approachable
2. Flexible working hours
3. The interview process was quite relaxed and enjoyable
Cons
Since I didn’t join the company, I can’t comment on it, but I could sense from the interview process that there are certain issues internally. Although the other party only briefly mentioned them, at least they were fairly honest, unlike some companies that conceal problems whenever they can and deceive people into joining, wasting everyone’s time.
