Workplace reviews and discussion: 太陽光電能源科技股份有限公司

The manager of the Information Department was nice and gave a lot of advice.

The lady in the Human Resources Department was also very nice.

I haven't noticed any other advantages for now. I look forward to hearing from everyone with more experience.

Terrible company—not even worth one star.

1. A company with no sense of time whatsoever. I had to wait three hours for the interviewer when I went for an interview.

2. The interviewer (the special assistant) made sarcastic and disparaging remarks from the very beginning of the interview, criticizing others and acting as though being older gave them the right to do whatever they wanted. They had no basic respect.

3. They disparaged their own employees (I’m not sure whether this is habitual). Truly a “great” company. If you’re going for an interview, think twice.

Finally, I wish your company booming business, more orders than you can handle, and a constant stream of interviewees.
