On the surface, everyone gets along harmoniously.
- The boss is two-faced and maliciously pressures employees to leave whenever things do not go their way. I have already heard of more than five or six victims, but long-serving employees do not dare speak up for the sake of survival. Once you join, you are expected to simply obey.
- Part-time workers are assigned all the miscellaneous tasks the boss does not want to deal with. When they want to leave, they are given a hard time because no one else is willing to do the work. It is outrageous.
- The job is advertised as offering many opportunities to work with systems, but in reality, even after the systems are in place, there is still a large amount of manual work.
- The boss’s ideas are only somewhat better than those of the management team; compared with the outside world, they are far behind. The management team does not realize this and instead believes the boss is highly capable—they have all been deceived.
- The company does not truly respect people who are knowledgeable. It only seeks people with the minimum educational qualifications who are willing to accept low wages. Therefore, after joining, anyone who performs well and asks for a raise is treated as an outsider who is trying to threaten others. There is not much room for career development.
