Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with, and the supervisors are not very high-handed. They do not micromanage you much either, so you just need to do your own work well. It is a place where you can gain experience.
Cons
The salary is too low. It is more suitable for sophomores and fresh graduates; if you plan to start a family and establish a career, you really need to think it over.
