There are absolutely no advantages. If anything, when a manager pulls you aside for a meeting, it is always after working hours, yet they actually require us to clock out at six to avoid being flagged by HR.
The resignation process is much faster and more efficient than the process of submitting a salary request for approval.
The training is unbelievably terrible. For the first two hours before the first day of work even began, we had to listen to two managers talk nonsense and brainwash us, constantly repeating sales pitches like “price is never an issue.” They also wouldn’t give the sales staff more time to learn about the products and plans that other departments sell. The department technicians’ training was terrible too.....
Every day after returning to the company, we had to report how many companies we had contacted and how many were comparing prices. We also had to upload recordings (we had to record whether or not we managed to reach the person in charge). The next day, another manager would pull you into a small room and keep saying, “The company is giving you 60,000; your conversion rate is a little low. Is there anywhere you need to improve?”..... (Did I actually receive 60,000????)
After working for a full month, the manager said that my salary request had not been approved and that I would only get 35,000..... They also wanted me to sign a salary reduction form (what a scam of a company).
After I voluntarily resigned, the manager even told the other salespeople that I resigned because I didn’t know how to talk. (Yes, I don’t know how to talk. I still sold three water dispensers in one month through cold outreach..... For those who are so good at talking, how many have you sold?? Hehe, not even one!!)
