The benefits are pretty good
A monthly sports allowance of 1,500
An annual travel subsidy of 15,000
I was forcibly laid off today in December.
Before me, there was also someone else who was forced to leave.
I worked in the testing team for over a year. Things were fine at first, but later, because my work performance was considered average and not outstanding, they started calling me in for interviews. Then, every month, I had to submit an assignment. Under the pretext of helping me improve my abilities, they required me to write an assignment every month on top of my regular work. Meanwhile, they did not address the people who actually had problems and instead started nitpicking. They would then begin suggesting that I resign, and in the end, leave you with only two options—resignation or being laid off—so that you would leave before the Lunar New Year. As a result, all your hard work over the entire year would be for nothing. They would not even provide the 13 months of salary as post-employment compensation, and I had to make a trip to the Labor Bureau for labor-management mediation.
They turn anything that is not a problem into something that is supposedly your fault. In the end, I really could not hold on any longer and had no choice but to ask the company to lay me off directly. If you are passionate about testing work and are considering joining, please think carefully. There are many other issues that I will not go into. In any case, after joining, you will lose confidence in this work and will not want to do similar work again. Therefore, please think carefully.
