Pros
Great location—just outside the office is Taipei’s East District, so it’s convenient for shopping.
Cons
The system is chaotic and inefficient. Almost all the work is dumped on employees, while the person in charge only gives orders without taking action.
They also blame employees for not properly coordinating with vendors, even though the person in charge approved all the detailed quotations.
Worst of all, the person in charge may try to take advantage of attractive employees or interns.
Overall, this is not a company worth staying at.
