The standard practice is to use the name of a startup company to attract a bunch of newcomers or university students to work here, but in reality, it is simply exploitation. The work is based on a responsibility system, with deadly amounts of overtime. Even if you originally work part-time, they may ask you to switch to a full-time position because of your longer working hours. It really makes no sense.

The sales commission system changes from day to day. When the boss cannot stand seeing the sales team perform too well and receive too much in bonuses, they will find excuses to make things difficult for them at any time and even adjust the commission rates. It is truly disgusting. They promised to provide performance bonuses for back-office staff, but have never paid them. They just brush it off with a perfunctory “The company didn’t make money.”

Also, whatever you do, don’t get on the boss’s bad side. The two bosses claim that the company is open-minded, progressive, and free, but behind the scenes they are always pulling little tricks. The employee turnover is extremely high, immediately demonstrating the caliber of the people running this company.
