They are quite unfriendly toward part-time workers. They will shout at you for no reason, and also keep asking about other people's plans even when there is nothing to discuss. The employee responsible for supervising others (people call her Nicky) also hides away to smoke for no reason, leaving the part-time workers to keep picking up trash and cleaning while finding ways to avoid doing it herself. Then she complains that others don't know how to figure things out or work flexibly. (Apparently, increasing someone else's workload is what she calls “figuring things out.”)
