Young, easygoing coworkers
There have been instances of people being yelled at until they cried during interviews.
There is overtime pay, but the boss resents paying it (they do pay it, but are very unhappy about it).
The ideal they describe is beyond the comprehension of ordinary people.
The workload they require does not match the salary.
There are no policies or systems; everything is decided by the boss.
When being fired, employees were forced to sign a voluntary resignation certificate.
No coworker has stayed for more than two years.
In good conscience, I advise newcomers not to go.
It will make you doubt yourself.
