I have already left the company, but I recently saw that it was hiring again, so I wanted to share my experience.
It can hone your mental resilience and improve your ability to react, because you need to deal with policies that change from one day to the next.
They really love holding meetings, and usually each meeting results in an additional task.
The business assistant’s work is very miscellaneous, combining accounting, general affairs, human resources, and business duties. You need to be very quick-minded and have an excellent memory, and there are almost always several spreadsheets to update every day.
During the interview, they said that even one minute of overtime would be paid, but basically no one dares to report overtime. If you report too much, you will be singled out for special attention.
