Three bonus payments + employee trips + birthday bonus + year-end bonus + when things are slow, they’re really slow

There are so many downsides it’s explosive; I sincerely recommend not going!!!

1. The company itself

The company is categorized as a publishing business on 104, but that was in the past. Its main business now is competition application services.

As the name suggests, it helps clients register accounts, upload materials, participate in competitions, and handle follow-up matters. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the publishing-industry work you might imagine.

2. The work

Regardless of the position, everyone is an all-purpose gofer. The duties go far beyond what the position should entail, and raises are the kind that amount to only 500. In addition, the company confiscates employees’ personal phones during work hours and requires them to use company phones for work.

3. Inside the company

The work environment is relaxed, and relationships among the employees are fairly good. However, be careful: the boss does not like employees becoming too close. Once she notices, she will drive them apart through petty tactics (such as changing their seats), so most of the time the company is deathly silent.

The boss does not like brushing her teeth, and she also smokes, so you can imagine how bad her breath is. It has reached the point where you can smell the stench without even getting close. She also refuses to listen to other people’s opinions and often thinks she is the best. When she starts talking about her achievements, you have to praise her and tell her how great she is; she will be very happy. The thing she most often does at work is sit at her computer and read steamy novels on her phone.

There is only one male employee in the company, and he is the general manager. He is disgusting and a workplace man-child. His job consists of sleeping and drinking at work. He likes making unfunny jokes with people, and women should be careful about verbal and physical harassment!

The general manager and the boss have a very good relationship. For no reason, they often argue over the tiniest things, and they argue like a young couple. Once they start, it is perfectly fine to watch it as though it were a prime-time TV drama. The thing they do most often is praise each other and tell each other how great they are. Their hygiene habits are also extremely poor: at work, they burp together like a symphony, and they like to create piles of food waste together without taking it out, causing it to stink and breed maggots frequently in summer. They then blame the employees, and the inside of the refrigerator is unbearably smelly as well.
