Oh... the office is very bright.
Because of exhibitions, you may have to work on holidays, and you will receive compensatory leave as usual (this varies from person to person—some may consider it good, while others may not).
At the beginning, you first fill out a questionnaire containing questions about you personally, as well as whether you can accept the company culture.
Company culture:
1. Working on typhoon days (with double pay ➡️ though I don't know whether that's actually true). The prerequisite for working on a typhoon day is determining that it is safe. Regardless of whether the government announces a day off, although HR tells you a lot about the government and so on, it's just empty rhetoric—they are simply requiring you to work on typhoon days!
2. If you work overtime for personal reasons, the company does not provide overtime pay.
呵呵!What exactly counts as “personal reasons”? The company decides.
The response at the time was: If you are not working during work hours and are handling personal matters, but stay late to work because of work-related reasons, the company should, in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, provide overtime pay.
HR did not say anything at the time. You can judge for yourselves.
3. The year-end bonus is divided and paid once every quarter: one month's salary / 12 × performance evaluation, paid to you every three months.
Can it really add up to one month's salary? 呵呵
Oh right, they are part of the same company as Four Paws and Jichong.
Before the interview, you can refer to Four Paws' reviews and look up information on Taiwan Company Network.
