The environment is clean; it is an office building.
Basically, the boss and the boss’s wife have absolutely no respect for employees. They use all kinds of insulting language and are extremely self-righteous—especially the boss’s wife. Whenever there are problems or issues of responsibility concerning the company, they always evade them and claim not to know anything. There are an excessive number of miscellaneous tasks—so many that you don’t know what position you applied for—and then the boss will still blame you for doing nothing but miscellaneous tasks? Even more outrageous is that, no matter how long you have worked there, if the company incurs a loss, the boss will still make you pay compensation. As far as I know, it is at least NT$2,000–5,000. Overtime pay is also extremely difficult to claim. They make things sound very nice, but in reality it is a disposable-worker company that specializes in bringing in and exploiting newcomers.
