The pay is okay.
The same annoying problems you encounter at ordinary wellness centers happen here too.
There is no overtime pay for working past the end of your shift.
Severe abuse of authority. (Using their authority to make you do things outside your job duties, such as moving heavy objects or telling other people not to park their scooters in front of the entrance.)
Oh, and the job posting said there would be opportunities to train for management positions, but only after joining did I discover that it is a family business where you basically have no chance of getting promoted. LOL.
