Pros
1. Very powerful backing, so there is not much need to worry about anything going wrong
2. The company provides lunch and dinner
3. The company is large and even has fitness facilities

2. Military-style management: once you clock in, you cannot leave the company
3. Working hours are 10:00–19:00, with no flexible hours
4. Please do not ask about things you should not ask about, including why the company’s products are what they are
5. For certain reasons, the identities of interviewees are subject to strict scrutiny. Those who dislike being interrogated may need to think twice
6. The salary is actually just so-so. If you really want to enter this industry, going abroad might be a better option
