Pros
During the interview, the company’s benefits and policies are presented as though they are extensive and compliant with the Labor Standards Act.
Cons
In reality, many of the benefits and policies are different from what you imagined once you join the company, especially overtime pay. They say overtime only counts after 7 p.m., which means working from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. is effectively unpaid work.
