I managed to score another interview after work—awesome!

The interviewer’s presence made it obvious at a glance that they were only at colleague level. I later asked an insider, who confirmed that the person interviewing me wasn’t the department head. They didn’t know the answer to many questions—seemed like they were just there to chat and unwind!
