The company environment is good, and the departments are divided into highly specialized units. Different products have separate frontend and backend R&D teams. The technology used by my unit is fairly new. Each person may independently be responsible for developing a project at the same time, but managers and colleagues often discuss solutions in group chats, allowing for constructive communication. Most managers are very busy handling production issues, so there is not much interaction. A senior PM at the company can manage 7–8 projects simultaneously, making them the strongest PM I have encountered across the four companies I have worked for. The company also occasionally organizes group meals and team-building activities.

Projects move at a very fast pace, and urgent incidents often interrupt the work.

Some work requires collaboration with colleagues overseas, so the working hours can be highly unpredictable.

The boss often drops “meteorites” into projects that have to be inserted immediately.
