At first, everyone is very enthusiastic when you join after the interview.
However, the company is filled with the smell of smoke, and people smoke on the balcony near the restroom. They foster cats, so there will be cat and dog hair; people with allergies need not consider this workplace.
Once they decide you are not a good fit, they will start treating you coldly and make you resign on your own. On your last day, they will ignore you while the whole company eats delicious food, as if celebrating your departure. I feel that unless you smoke and love cats, you will be unable to fit in and will stand out awkwardly.
