Can't think of any pros

The boss is completely an emotionally volatile time bomb.

When in a bad mood or upset, they can berate you over anything,

and they always do so with vulgar, abusive language.

The boss constantly emphasizes communication, yet is the most unreasonable and uncommunicative person in the entire small company.

Whenever their emotions flare up, they treat you like an animal and verbally abuse you.

And the salary isn't particularly high either,

so don't delude yourself into thinking you'll receive a decent hush payment.
