When the lady boss is away, you can occasionally have some fun.
There is no promotion system, and there are no holiday bonuses, year-end parties, spring banquets, or employee trips at all. The manager has very poor judgment and often brings in lousy products, then turns around and sarcastically blames employees for not being able to sell them. The work environment is messy and poorly ventilated. If they don’t like you, they will make things difficult for you in every possible way to force you to resign voluntarily (so they don’t have to pay severance). Employee turnover is high, and there are basically no long-term employees... Also, it isn’t a Korean brand; it is only manufactured in Korea... Think carefully before taking a job there.
