No advantages
1. The interviewer seemed unclear about the situation and appeared not to have read the information already included on the résumé.
2. The interview lasted only ten minutes. It felt as though they did not really care about the interviewee’s experience; they asked a few perfunctory questions and ended it.
Conclusion: It was an interview that felt like a complete waste of time. If there was no sincerity, they should not have contacted someone to come in for an on-site interview, since the interviewee also has to take time off work. Those who receive a call are advised to think carefully about whether to accept this interview invitation.
