A one-and-a-half-hour lunch break
That’s all.
1. A company that rushes people into positions before they are ready.
2. The turnover rate in one particular row of the sales area is extremely high!! Of the five seats in the row, three are occupied by newcomers. Four people joined within one month, and two have already left.
3. The workplace there is like being in the movie *The Hunger Games*: survival of the fittest, while those who are unsuitable are eliminated outright. This company completely ignores its high turnover rate and has come to regard it as normal, unwilling to change its employee training and mentoring system.
4. I personally witnessed a new employee arriving for their first day, while the company supervisor seemed completely unaware that a newcomer was coming and panicked while arranging a seat for them.
5. The employee training and mentoring system at this company really leaves much to be desired. If you really want to take on a challenge, you are welcome to join this company and experience it for yourself—this is absolutely not an exaggeration.
This is a workplace environment where you have to figure things out and learn almost entirely on your own. When you ask one of the sales team leaders responsible for training people in a certain group a question, they just keep questioning why you do not understand, why you cannot do it, and why you need to ask. (I had been a newcomer for less than a month—was I supposed to understand everything already?? If so, why does the company hire so many inexperienced people and recent graduates?)
6. Newcomers who have been there for less than a month are actually expected to train people who joined even later than they did....... When the supervisor cannot arrange someone to train the people they recruited, they go around asking who can train the newcomers. It is absurd!
7. This company does not provide pay slips each month. You have to go and ask the company’s vice president for one every month...
