Pros
The lesser-known department stores are very virtuous.
Cons
The systems are inadequate.
The salary structure is a base salary plus performance bonuses; all allowances are already included in the base salary.
All counters are located in department stores, and the base salary and commission negotiated at each location may differ.
There is no professional company structure.
