I first spoke with HR, and they seemed like nice people. They also took me to see the work site, and afterward I interviewed with the unit manager.

I didn’t know why so few people applied to this company. At first, I didn’t notice any particular problems, but later, after interacting with people from the department, I understood the reason. The people in that department didn’t seem very capable, and they didn’t leave a very good impression. It seemed like they might bully newcomers after they joined.
