Pros
Assistants open the office in the morning, and the working hours are fairly flexible.
The year-end bonus and other bonuses are paid together, so it’s quite satisfying to receive a large sum of money all at once.
The boss’s wife has a very good temperament and treats people well.
Cons
Some senior colleagues do not have very good tempers and sometimes communicate using rather extreme language.
The level of stress depends on how well the sales staff and sales assistants work together. If the sales staff have high EQ, things will be easier for the sales assistants.
There is no overtime pay.
