I was already using skincare products from ERH, a brand under 10藝生技, and liked them quite a bit. That was also why I applied for and attended the interview. I thought working with products I like would probably give me more motivation!!

I had two interviews: first with HR, and second with the supervisor. The interview process started with a brief self-introduction, followed by the supervisor introducing the company and explaining the expectations for the position.

Questions they might ask:

1. Your thoughts on 10藝生技 and ERH

2. Your thoughts and suggestions regarding product promotion and overseas business

3. Why you want to interview for this position, etc.

Both the HR representative and the supervisor were quite friendly, and the Q&A process was fairly concise and well-paced. I really liked this straightforward interview process~

I rode my motorcycle to the interview, but I couldn't find a motorcycle parking space nearby and almost arrived too late for the interview @@
