The supervisor I spoke with was kind and approachable, and seemed quite nice.
Cons
1. After the probationary period, you are required to join the Young Women's Christian Association.
2. You need to sign a "fixed-term contract," which may be converted to an "indefinite-term contract" after evaluation.
3. No prospects for future development.
