Pros

Pros: I suppose there weren't any.

Cons

1. A friend once worked at this company. The types of work the company took on were absurdly varied (app development projects, commercial photography, cultural and creative products, and other businesses), with no clear focus at all, and the different operations could not be integrated.

2. The company took on projects despite having completely insufficient technical capabilities. A project my friend handled at the company still had not been completed or delivered to the client two years after my friend was fired (the client may have terminated the contract).

3. My friend joined the company to work in software development. For some unknown reason, new employees had to sign a portrait-rights consent form upon joining. Only afterward did my friend learn that the company needed people to appear as models or actors in short corporate-image videos. Why should employees have to do work unrelated to their roles? The company even tried to save on filming costs. The boss’s ways of taking advantage of employees were truly bizarre.

4. Whenever an employee failed to do something to the boss’s satisfaction, the boss would play the “fire the employee” game. My friend could not understand why the company had no performance evaluation system. More importantly, although my friend was responsible for front-end work, the back-end team never asked them to take responsibility for planning; my friend was fired without even having time to read the relevant materials.

5. The company description on the job bank differed greatly from reality, leaving my friend feeling deceived into joining. Although this was not my friend’s first job, it was their first experience with such an absurd company.

6. Regardless of the position an employee was originally hired for, the boss would randomly assign unhandled tasks to whoever was available. For example, someone hired for software development was expected to act as an IT staff member. Why not hire someone for the relevant position instead of making someone without the necessary background shoulder the responsibility?

7. Pet decorations were displayed in every corner of the office. Going to work every day felt like visiting a museum, as the boss’s personal preferences filled the entire office.
